Tips to significantly increase your IQ

Posted by Carlos
/ February 1, 2016

One of the most famous sayings in the world is “Healthy mind, Healthy body”, this is completely true, and also the other way around: “healthy body, healthy mind”.

It was found that brain function (and therefore our IQ) is related directly to the state of our body.

You should know that the IQ is a combination of mental speed and brain power, which means that if your body is contaminated with either drugs, alcohol or poor blood circulation (excess weight), our IQ is also affected. Among of them, the enemy number one is alcohol, which directly affects neurons in the brain, damaging the mental functions.

As everyone knows, humans typically use only 10% of their brain, (personally I want to use the 11%! XD)

With just 10% the mankind has accomplished so many interesting things, Do you have any idea of how powerful would it be if we could use the 100%? (the series “heroes” would be nothing compared to us!)

The following are some tips to increase our IQ by at least 20%, as well as the physical condition of our body:

  • 3 months of continuous exercise raise IQ
  • 30 minutes of exercise 3 times per week at least.
  • Take a shower with eyes closed
  • Brush your teeth with the opposite hand that you usually do it
  • Eat more fish or capsules of Omega 3 and / or 6

Quit eating added sugar

Having hard time to focus in a task? researchers from the The University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA) concluded a diet high in added sugar hinders learning and memory. Over time, eating heaps of sugar could actually damage communication and interaction between your brain’s cells, this was found in an animal study. So when you’re craving for more cookies or chocolate in a morning before a meeting, tell yourself you’ll be smarter without the unnecessary sugar.

Hey, if you have any other advice to increase IQ, please let me know!
