This is a compilation of biblical proverbs that apply directly to business, being christian is letting God work in each area of our lives and business is one of them!

When it comes to deal with “those clients”…

A gentle answer turns away wrath,
but a harsh word stirs up anger. Prov 15:1

Do not answer a fool according to his folly,
or you yourself will be just like him. Prov 26:4

The wise in heart are called discerning,
and gracious words promote instruction. Prov 16:21

“It’s no good, it’s no good!” says the buyer—
then goes off and boasts about the purchase. Prov 20:14

When it comes to decision making…

Prov 12:9 Better to be a nobody and yet have a servant than pretend to be somebody and have no food.

The lot is cast into the lap,
but its every decision is from the Lord. Prov 16:36

The prudent see danger and take refuge,
but the simple keep going and pay the penalty. Prov 27:12

For lack of guidance a nation falls,
but victory is won through many advisers. Prov 11:14

 

When it comes to planning…

To humans belong the plans of the heart,
but from the Lord comes the proper answer of the tongue. Prov 16:1

Surely you need guidance to wage war,
and victory is won through many advisers. Prov 24:6

Fear of man will prove to be a snare,
but whoever trusts in the Lord is kept safe. Prov 28:25

Commit to the Lord whatever you do,
and he will establish your plans. Prov 16:3

In their hearts humans plan their course,
but the Lord establishes their steps. Prov 16:9

The plans of the diligent lead to profit
as surely as haste leads to poverty. Prov 21:5

Do not love sleep or you will grow poor;
stay awake and you will have food to spare. Prov 20:13

Prov 12:11 Those who work their land will have abundant food, but those who chase fantasies have no sense.

 

When it comes to become rich and wealthy

 The blessing of the Lord brings wealth,

without painful toil for it. Prov 10:22 

A generous person will prosper;
whoever refreshes others will be refreshed. Prov 11:25

Whoever loves pleasure will become poor;
whoever loves wine and olive oil will never be rich. Prov 21:17

A good name is more desirable than great riches;
to be esteemed is better than silver or gold. Prov 22:1

Like a city whose walls are broken through
is a person who lacks self-control. Prov 25:28

Be sure you know the condition of your flocks,
give careful attention to your herds;

When a country is rebellious, it has many rulers,
but a ruler with discernment and knowledge maintains order. Prov 28:2

Those who work their land will have abundant food,
but those who chase fantasies will have their fill of poverty. Prov 28:19

Whoever disregards discipline comes to poverty and shame,
but whoever heeds correction is honored. Prov 13:18

When it comes to manage your employees…

The appetite of laborers works for them;
their hunger drives them on. Prov 16:26

Starting a quarrel is like breaching a dam;
so drop the matter before a dispute breaks out. Prov 17:14

The craving of a sluggard will be the death of him,
because his hands refuse to work. Prov 21:25

One who has no sense shakes hands in pledge
and puts up security for a neighbor. Prov 17:18

Like one who grabs a stray dog by the ears
is someone who rushes into a quarrel not their own. Prov 26:17

A tyrannical ruler practices extortion,
but one who hates ill-gotten gain will enjoy a long reign. Prov 28:16

Sluggards do not plow in season;
so at harvest time they look but find nothing. Prov 20:4
